Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
The project aim to integrate silos bank application, introduce the SOA and build a modern infrastructure based on industry standards

• As part of the EAI team, preparing for introducing and executing EAI initiative of Mashreq bank http://www.MashreqBank.com. Gathering requirements, producing documentation, participate in Risk Management workshop; participate in Architecture design, etc...
  

• Work closely with Microsoft Service consultant on the assessment phase and to produce initial documentation for business processes
  

• Attend workshops with other Integration vendors such as TIBCO and IBM to get a glance of their EAI offerings
